Changing in payment condition for acquisition of the Asset

Translation No. CSO 045 / 2010 August 26, 2010 Subject: To inform the change of payment condition for acquisitioning Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket To: Directors and Managers of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Pursuant to Dusit Thani Public Company Limited ("the Company") notification letters No. CSO 039/2010, dated on August 10, 2010 and CSO 040/201 (additional), dated on August 11, 2010 including the Detail of the Assets Acquisition of Dusit Thani Laguna Phuket informed to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The Company would, however, like to present the detail of the acquisition for approval from the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting. The Company will propose the mentioned subject to the Board of Directors Meeting No.7/2010 to be held on August 31, 2010 for consideration and propose to the Extraordinary Shareholder Meeting for approval. In this regards, after the Board of Directors Meeting No. 7/2010 adjourned, the Company will inform the Board resolution as mentioned to the Stock Exchange of Thailand. Therefore, the Company will postpone: 1) the second settlement date, accounting for 89 per cent of the total asset or Baht 2,331,800,000 from September 30, 2010 to October 11, 2010. And; 2) the completion date of transaction from within November 2010 to December 7, 2010. In order that after the Company's shareholders have already approved.
