SET Halts Trading of "DTC" and "PA"

Halt Trading of DUSIT THANI PLC. "DTC" and PACIFIC ASSETS PLC. "PA" The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has ordered the trading halt of DUSIT THANI PLC. "DTC" and PACIFIC ASSETS PLC. "PA" (the "Companys") because there is unconfirmed news stated the Companys are in merger process that might affect trading of their securities, but the SET has not yet been officially informed. Therefore, the SET has temporarily halted trading of the Companys' securities,effective from morning trading session of July 24, 2006 until the Companys have clarified or disclosed this material information to the SET.
