To: Director and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Dusit Thani International Co., Ltd., a subsidiary company of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited had invested in Supsinthanee Co.,Ltd. 99.999% totally Baht 21,299.97. The Board of Director of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited No. 7/2001 held a meeting on November 12, 2001 had considered that the such investment did not sufficient revenue to make profit to the Company. Therefore, the Board had a resolution that the Dusit Thani International Co.,Ltd dispose all investment in Supsinthanee Co.,Ltd to the other person which have not any related to the Company at the total amount of Baht 21,300.
