INCREASE INVESTMENT IN DUSIT THANI INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD.

Translation September 27,2001 Subject : Increase Investment In Dusit Thani International Co.,Ltd. To : Director and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (the Company) hold 999,930 shares of Dusit Thani International Co.,Ltd at par Baht 10 per share totaling Baht 9,999,930 equivalent to 99.993% of the Capital Registered. At this moment, Dusit Thani International Co.,Ltd had increased its capital for another Baht 790 Million to 800 Million. Therefore, the Company increased its investment in this company for another Baht 790 Million. The payment transaction was completed on September 27,2001. After the such transation, the Company will hold 79,999,930 shares which equivalent to 99.999% The reason of increasing this investment is the Company need to maintain its portion which is majority shareholder.
