PAY TAX ON BEHALF OF WORLD INTERTRADE CORPORATION CO., LTD.

TRANSLATION June 26, 2001 Subject:Pay Tax on behalf of World Intertrade Corporation Co.,Ltd. Attention: Director and Manager of Stock Exchange Market of Thailand According to the Dusit Thani Board of Directors Resolution No. 4/2001 held on June 26, 2001 which resolved that the Company to pay 44,246,000 THB to the Official Receiver on behalf of World Intertrade Corporation Co.,Ltd in connection with Dusit Resort Pattaya's Building to prevent any damages which may occur to the Company's image and business by virtue of section 230 Civil and Commercial Code of Thailand. In respect of Dusit Resort Pattaya ownership, the Company had filed a petition to the Pattaya Court on 30 April, 2001 for an order that the Company acquire the ownership of such building by long term possession and the Court had received the petition. The petition is now under Court proceeding. The Company believed that based on the fact and legal argument, the Company is a lawful owner and possessor of the building including component part, equipment and all instruments within the building.
