NOTIFICATION OF NET PROFIT INCREASE FROM 1999

Translation Consolidated Financial Statements as of March 31,2000 of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited showed net profit for the amount of Baht 130.18 MN. which increase Baht 28.19 MN. compare the same period of 1999. The reason of net profit increasing is the result of the companys hotels operation at the first quarter of this year was better than last year. There are same adjustment which do not relate with hotel operation which are accrued interest expense of subsidiaries by using default rate and Goodwill from purchasing the shares of Dusit Hotels and Resorts Co., Ltd from minority shareholder in 1999. Moreover , at the first quarter of this year the Financial Statement of Dusit Thani Delaware, Inc. was not consoled with the Company. Because the Board had resolution to close Dusit Delaware, In. which is in processing of Liquidation at this moment.
