The Board of DirectorsMeeting no. 1/2543 on Monday February 28, 2000 has approved the following: As per the company investment in the Direct Commerce Technology Co.,Ltd. at 49% of registered capital 10 million Baht. Shares were paid on December 30,1999 at 25% of registered capital. The company business is to accept room reservation through the Internet and earn income from the service rendered to member hotels. However, the company was unable to recruit members as budgeted. This effected the company growth and it was expected that it would not worth the investment to Dusit Thani PCL. The Board of Directors agreed to sell 490,000 shares of Direct Commerce Techonlogy to Khun Sirichai Charnchaikuvet at 10.00 Baht per share.
