June 24,1999 Subject Appoint Independent Director and Audit Committee To Directors and Managers of Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Directors of Dusit Thani Public Co., Ltd. has adopted a resolution on Thruesday June 24, 1999 to approve and appoint as follows. 1. Appoint Mr.Sakdi Kiewkarnkha to be Independent Director in order to replace Dr. Chockdee Petchprom who already resigned since March 31, 1999. 2. Pol.Lt.Chatrachai Bunya-Ananta resigned from Independent Director but he still be Board of Directors. 3. Appoint Mr.Sansern Kraichitti from Director to be Independent Director. 4. Appoint Audit Committee members as follows. 4.1. Professor Hiran Radeesri Audit Committee Chairman 4.2. Mr. Sansern Kraichitti Audit Committee Member 4.3.
