To : Directors and Managers of Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Directors of Dusit Thani Public Co., Ltd. has adopted a resolution on Monday, October 12, 1998 to set Tuesday October 27, 1998 at 12.00 am. to be the date for closing the Company shareregister for the right to receive an accomodation privilege card and a food and beverage privilege card. The details for these privilege cards are as follows : 1. Privilege Card for 1 night accomodation on room basis only at Dusit Resort Pattaya or Dusit Resort and Polo Club. The card is valid from November 15, 1998 to November 14, 1999. 2. Baht 1,000 Privilege Card for food and beverage at any restaurant in Dusit Resort Pattaya or Dusit Resort and Polo Club.
