REPAYS FOR LOANS

Dusit Thani Plc received Bt750 m value of proceeds after offering shares to private placement, which were spent on repayments as DTC bought shares of Philppine Hoteliers Inc and Dusit Sinthorn Co Ltd. Moreover, it repaid US$12.4 m on priciples for NM Rothschild & Sons (Singapore) Ltd on Sep 25, 1997, or equal to Bt452.6 m based on the exchange rate of Bt36.5 to the US dollar. Total repayments are Bt604,142,718.43 including principles, interests.
