ANNOUNCES INTERIM DIVIDEND PAYMENT

Dusit Thani Plc (DTC) reported that at its board of directors' meeting no. 3/1996, it has resolved to pay an interim dividend in the ratio of Bt0.45 apiece from operations of January to June, 1996. The closing date of the registration book for right to receive dividends will be on September 4, 1996, at noon. Payment date will be on September 18, 1996.
