Dusit Central Park Recommitting to a legacy in the heart of the city
Worth a total of 46 billion baht and covering 440,000 sq.m. of prime real estate on the corner of Silom and Rama IV roads in the heart of Bangkok, Dusit Central Park is our most significant project to date.
Hampton Sriracha Set over 26-storeys and comprising 468 residential units and three commercial units, the project is aimed at those investing in or working in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), a strategic hub of trade and investment which is being developed by the government into a center for regional transportation and logistics. Starting prices are Bt2.9 million per unit. The construction was completed at the end of 2022.
