Translation No. CSO 015/2009 December 18, 2009 Subject: To inform the change of Director's surname To: Director and Managers of Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the Board of Directors Meeting of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited ("the Company") No.4/2009 held on August 11, 2009 had resolution to approve the appointment of Mrs. Varang Srethbhakdi as a Director in replacement of Mr. Vanich Chaiyawan who had resigned which effective from August 11, 2009 onwards. The Company had informed the said resolution to SET on August 11, 2009. The Company was informed by Mrs. Varang that she had changed her surname from Srethbhakdi to Chaiyawan since September 2, 2009.
