Board Resolution on Interim Dividend Payment

TRANSLATION August 11, 2008 Subject : Board Resolution on Interim Dividend Payment. To : Directors and Managers of Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Directors Meeting No. 4/2008 of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited ("Company") held on August 11, 2008, had the resolution to approve the payment of interim dividend for the operation period of January to June 2008 at the rate of Baht 0.50 (Fifty Satang) per share for the 85,000,000 shares equivalent to Baht 42,500,000. The dividend will be paid on September 9, 2008. The Company will close the Share Register Book for the right to receive the said dividend on August 26, 2008 at 12.00 a.m. The Company has the dividend policy by considering the operating performance from consolidated financial statement.
