Translation The Disclosure of Treasury Stock Sale Result Dusit Thani Public Company Limited November 28, 2006 In reference to the Disclosure of Treasury Stock Sale (Form TS-7) dated August 8, 2006, Dusit Thani Public Company Limited had offered share sale to the public, especially to the minority shareholders of Royal Princess Public Company Limited (RPP) and of Dusit Hotels and Resorts Company Limited (DHR) who are not the connected persons of DTC. The share swap session was held during November 10-20, 2006. The 728,005 of treasury stocks was sold, while the remaining 2,032,495 shares will be sold through Stock Exchange of Thailand later. Pricing Rules for the Sale of Treasury Stock The selling treasury stocks through Stock Exchange of Thailand will be proceeded from November 28 to December 8, 2006. The selling price should not below than the price that we bought and should not less than 85 % of the average closing price in the last 5 days.
