(Translation) September 26, 2006 Re: Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui resigned from a position of Managing Directorand Appointment of the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer. Dear The President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui had issued a letter dated September 12, 2006 attention to the Chairman of Nomination Committee expressing her intention to resign the position of Managing Director of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited and asked the Nomination Committee to consider sufficiently qualified person as Managing Director in place of Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui.In order to prevent the vacancy of the said position, Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui was pleased to take a position of Managing Director until the Nomination Committee has discovered qualified person. In this regard, Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui shall issue the resignation letter once again. In accordance with the Nomination Committees Meeting No. 2/2006 held on September 18, 2006, Mr. Chanin Donavanik, Director and Executive Director, was considered to be a qualified person for a position of Managing Director in place of Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui, together with a position of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). This matter would be proposed to the Board of Directors Meeting No. 7/2006 on September 26, 2006 for consideration and approval. On September 26, 2006, Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui has submitted the resignation letter from a position of Managing Director that shall become effective on October 1, 2006 onwards. The Board of Directors Meeting of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited No. 7/2006 held on September 26, 2006 has considered and had unanimous resolution to appoint Mr. Chanin Donavanik to take a position of Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited in place of Thanpuying Chanut Piyaoui, commencing on October 1, 2006.
