Attention: Director and Manager The Stock Exchange of Thailand According to the selling report of Grandsworth Pte. Ltd. sold its investment in Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (DTC) to Pioneer iNetwork Limited. The Company reported that Grandsworth Pte. Ltd. had sold all its investment in DTC of 8,762,572 shares, equivalent to 10.31 percent to Pioneer iNetwork Limited. Grandsworth Pte. Ltd has relationships with Pioneer iNetwork Limited by Mr. Kenneth Gaw Korsirisophon is a major shareholder of Grandsworth Pte. Ltd., while he also be a director and major shareholder of Pioneer iNetwork Limited. The selling of all Grandsworth Pte's investment in DTC to Pioneer iNetwork Limited, as mentioned above are not affected to shareholder structure and the operation of the Company.
