Interim Dividend

TRANSLATION August 11, 2004 Subject:Interim Dividend To: Directors and Managers The Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Directors of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited (the Company) held a meeting No. 7/2004 on August 11, 2004 had resolution to approved the distribution of interim dividend for the period of January to June 2004 at the rate of Baht 1.00 (Baht One) per share. According to the above mentioned the Company will close the Share Register Book on August 26, 2004 at 12.00 a.m. for the right to receive the such dividend.
