Translation In reference to the the Krungthep Turakij article dated 17th November 2003 which detailed the bidding of construction consultants at Suwannapoom Airport, as evidenced in the attached documentation: Dusit Thani Public Company Limited and its Subsidiary Companies would like to clarify that Dusit Group was not involved in the said event. Furthermore, Dusit Group has never participated nor does it have any intention to participate as a consultant to the construction of the Suwannapoom Airport. The said article causes confusion and misunderstanding for the Company. The Company would like to point out that currently Khun Sompoj Piyaoui is not involved with the Company nor employed as officer or director of the Company in any way.
