NOTIFICATION OF NET PROFIT ENDED JUNE 2000

Translation Consolidated Financial Statements as of June 30,2000 of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited showed net profit for the amount of Baht 213.32 MN. Which increase Baht 65.39 MN., equivalent 44% increasing, compare the same period of 1999. The reason of net profit increasing is the result of the companys hotels operation at the second quarter of this year was better than last year and cost of sales, selling and administrative expenses especially depreciation decreased.
