TRANSLATION July 7, 2000 To Director and Managers of Stock Exchange of Thailand Reference to the letter of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited date May 15, 2000 informing that the resolution of the Board of Directors of the Company No. 3/2000 approved Royal Princess Public Company Limited to provide the loan to Supsinthanee Co., Ltd. for its working capital approximately Baht 13 Million. There was wrong figure in the report which presented to the Board at that time therefore the Board of Directors of the Company No. 4/2000 held on July 7, 2000 has resolution to amend that the loan from Royal Princess Public Company Limited to Supsinthanee Co., Ltd. for its working capital be approximately Baht 18.7 Million.
