RESIGNATION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEMBER

TRANSLATION June 23, 2000 Subject Resignation of the Board of Directors member To Director and Managers of Stock Exchange of Thailand Dusit Thani Public Company Limited had received a letter of resignation from Dr. Chirayu Isarangkun Na Ayuthaya. Dr. Chirayu resigned, citing as his reason that he does not wish to be in violation of the Bank of Thailand announcement which does not allow Executive of Commercial Bank holding Directorship in more than 3 companies. Therefore, Dr. Chirayu Isarangkun Na Ayuthaya expressed his intention to resign from Directorship of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited, effective June 23, 2000.
