In 1998, there was an exchange gain of Baht 89 million while in 1999, the exchange loss was at Baht 2.2 million 3. There were a reserve for impairment assets and others increase Baht 72.7 million, and Goodwill as a result of the acquisition of Dusit Resort Cha-am Co., Ltds shares in the amount of Baht. 17.8 million.
