November 15, 1999 Subject : Announcement of the closing date to issue the privilege card for shareholders To : Directors and Managers of Stock Exchange of Thailand The Board of Director of Dusit Thani Public Company Limited has adopted a resolution on Monday, November 15, 1999 as follows : 1. Set the date for closing the Company Share Register to be on November 30,1999 at 12.00 a.m. for the new shareholder who hold shares in excess of 10,000 shares to be entitled to a privilege card. Every shareholder whose named was listed on October 14,1999,the closing Company Share Register for the right to attend the Extraordinary shareholders' meeting 1/99 on October 28, 1999, will be entitled to a privilege card. 2. Each shareholder will receive one privilege card. 3. The privilege card is for one night free accommodation at Dusit Resort Pattaya or Dusit Resort and Polo Club.
