ADDITIONAL CALRIFICATION FOR UTILIZING THE CAPITAL INCREASE

January 25, 1999 Subject:Additional clarification for utilizing the proceeds from the capital increase To: Director and Manager of the Stock Exchange of Thailand Refer to the Company's letter dated on January 30, 1998, the Company increased the capital from Baht 600 million to Baht 850 million by issuing the new 25,000,000 shares at the price of Baht 30 per share. The Company used the proceeds from the capital increase to settle its outstanding loan including interest in amount of Baht 604,142,718.43. On March 25, 1998, the Company used the balance in amount of Baht 145,857,281.57 from Baht 750 million plus its working capital to repay its outstanding loan in amount of US$ 4,500,000, equivalent to Baht 185,085,000.
