October 13, 1998 Subject : Additional clarification the privilege card. To : Directors and Managers of Stock Exchange of Thailand Refer to the Company's letter dated on October 12, 1998 and regarding set the closing date for accomodation privilege card and food and beverage privilege card, the Company would like to clarify the conditions for shareholders to receive these cards as following : 1. The Company will issue an accomodation privilege card and a food and beverage privilege card for each shareholders as of the latest closing date which was on April 10, 1998. 2. The Company will also issue an accomodation privilege card and a food and beverage card for each new shareholders who will hold more than 10,000 shares as of the next closing date which will be on October 27, 1998.
