June 22, 1998 Subject : Additional information regarding the acquisition or disposal assets To : Directors and managers of Stock Exchange of Thailand Dusit Thani Public Co., Ltd. would like to clarify some misunderstanding contained in the information regardging the acquisition or disposal assets which mentions to Baht 360,324,156.78 construction contracts relatingto the Royal Princess Srinakarin Hotel and Baht 270,178,986.01 construction contracts relating to the Royal Princess Ranong Hotel and commercial buildings. Refer to the benefit expected to be recieved, the Company expects that these two hotels will be able to generate a profit within 3 years after opening.
