Dusit Thani Plc notified shareholders' resolution made at the 2/1997 meeting held on Dec 11, 1997 as follows: 1. To amend Regulation Clause 9(2): to increase alien holding proportion from 40% to 45% "To maintain holding ownership between foreign and local investors, foreign shareholding must not total to 45%, the other will be held by Thais. The one who violates this rule will be under consideration of the board not to pay dividend and rescind his/her vote in the meeting." 2. To appoint Mr Phichan Kulavanich as director.
