SCHEDULES REPAYMENT DATE OF SHARES

As Dusit Thani Plc with Investment Partnership Affiliated to The Goldman Sachs Group, L.P. and/or Goldman Sachs & Co had agreed to repay Bt24 m value for capital increase shares, Bt30 each, on Sep 25, 1997, DTC would like to announced timetable of capital increase as follows: -payment date Sep 25, 1997 -registered by The Commerce Ministry Sep 29, 1997 -file form of share offering result to the SET Oct 8, 1997 -file requestment the SET to list capital increased shares and The Commerce Ministry Oct 24, 1997 Now holding proportion of foreign investors remains full scale at 40% so that the repayment for 1 m shares could not be made. If, however, that holding is down, the repayment would be made completely.
