REPORTS SCHEDULE FOR ITS EXTRAORDINARY MEETING OF SHAREH

Dusit Thani Plc (DTC) reported motions passed at the board of directors' meeting no.4/1996, held on September 26, 1996, as follows: 1. To investigate the expropriation of land in front of DTC for a subway construction by the Metropolitan Rapid Transit Authority (MRTA) 2. To call an extraordinary meeting of shareholders to help solve the above-mentioned issue that will directly affect on DTC's business 3. Set the extraordinary meeting of shareholders no.2/1996 to be held on October 22, 1996, at 11.00 a.m., in the Wimanman Room, Dusit Thani Hotel. The closing date of the registration book for attend the meeting is scheduled on October 11, 1996, from noon until the end of the meeting.
