CONFIRMS NEWS REPORT IN "KRUNGTHEP TURAKIJ DAILY"

Dusit Thani Plc. (DTC) confirmed the news report published in "Krungthep Turakij Daily" dated September 25, 1996 following its seminar on September 24, 1996 concerning the subway impact on private businesses on Rama 4 Road. The report stated that Khun Ying Chanat said DTC will seek a resolution from DTC shareholders on whether or not to take legal actions against the Metropolitan Rapid Transit Authority. DTC said the report was correct, and it will hold a board of directors' meeting on Thursday September 26, 1996 at 10.30 am.
